Ingredients:

1 scoop CREATINE

1 dropper Vitamin D
Juice of ½ lime
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Water
Ice

Directions:

Mix: Add one scoop of Glutamine, one scoop of Creatine, and one scoop of EAA+ Hydration Juicy Grape to a blender or shaker.
